Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact our reservation team at least 24 hours before arrival.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining 70% balance is due upon check-in.
Bookings made within 7 days before arrival require 100% payment upfront.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Full refund of the 30% deposit is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days before check-in.
No refund for no-shows or early departures.
Date changes are allowed based on availability and may incur price differences.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
Parties & Events: Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval from management.
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM (22:00 WITA) and 7:00 AM (07:00 WITA).
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
