Welcome to Juada Garden. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon check-in.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and verified.
All rates include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 100% full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via official WhatsApp or email.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method used.
Date changes may be requested up to 7 days before check-in, subject to villa availability.
Any price difference for the new dates will apply.
Date changes are not permitted if requested less than 7 days before check-in.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The number of guests must match the booking details.
Additional guests without prior notice may incur extra charges or be denied stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.
Juada Garden reserves the right to charge for damages caused by negligence.
Illegal activities or actions disturbing the surrounding area are strictly prohibited.
Juada Garden shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
Juada Garden reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our official website.
