Late Check-Out Fees:
Check-out until 2:00 PM: 20% of the daily rate
Check-out between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate
Check-out after 6:00 PM: Full daily rate (100%)
Note: Late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed with villa management in advance.
Booking & Payment Policy
- Full payment must be made 1 days before the check-out date.
- The payment we can process in front office between 7.00 AM - 7:00 PM
- All prices are inclusive of local taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or online platforms (e.g., PayPal).
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if made 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- 50% of the booking fee will be charged for cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or for no-shows.
Maximum Occupancy & Extra Guests
- The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests for 2 bedrooms villa and 6 for 3 bedrooms villa.
- Additional guests beyond the agreed number will incur a surcharge of IDR 150.000 per night per guest.
- Extra beds are subject to availability and additional costs.
Damage and Loss Policy
- Guests are expected to treat the villa and its amenities with care.
- Any damages, losses, or breakages caused by the guest will be charged based on the value of the item or repair cost.
- Management will provide:
- A detailed report of the damages or losses.
- An invoice for the cost of repair or replacement.

Note: Payment for damages or losses must be settled when the guest check-out. Non-compliance may result in legal action.
House Rules
- Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the management.
- Loud music and parties are prohibited after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for the proper use of villa facilities and for any damages caused during their stay.
Pool Safety
- No lifeguard on duty – guests swim at their own risk.
- No glassware is permitted near the pool.
- Children must always be supervised by adults while in the pool area.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Daily housekeeping is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Linen and towels will be changed every 2 days or upon request.
- For maintenance issues, please contact our villa staff for assistance.
Internet & Utilities
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please contact the staff for the password.
- Please conserve water and electricity by switching off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use.
Liability & Guest Responsibility
- The villa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are advised to use the provided safe for valuables.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and any actions that result in damage to the property.
- In case of damage, guests will be charged according to the Damage and Loss Policy.

- In case of medical emergencies, the nearest hospital is Siloam Hospital, located 3.5 km away.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any disputes arising from the stay will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to Indonesian law.
Privacy Policy
- We respect guest privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Acknowledgment
- By confirming the booking and staying at our villa, guests agree to comply with all villa policies, including the Late Check-Out and Damage and Loss Policies.
